It's amazing, it works very well, i have dry skin and a lot of acne, it helped with both significantly.

Love it n it’s soft but it gets hard wen u leave it on for too long

I received this item and i tried it on my hand at first. It was a bit of a grainy feeling but smoothed out once it was fully applied .it does have the cooling effect like it described which is great because i have a lot of redness around my chin ,nose and cheeks .super cute doesn't have a harsh smell.
