Standard — Supplier-Selected Tracked Courier: FREE on orders $30 and above

Small-order fee: Carts with a merchandise subtotal ≤ AUD $29 (after discounts, before shipping) incur a $9.99 shipping fee (applies regardless of method).

International shipping is not currently available.
Carrier selection: Most orders are shipped directly by our suppliers via AutoDS. The carrier is chosen by the supplier at dispatch and may vary by item/warehouse. You’ll receive tracking for each parcel as soon as it’s available; multi-item orders may ship separately at no extra cost.
How Fulfilment Works (AutoDS)
AutoDS automates ordering and tracking; the supplier/warehouse handles dispatch and shipping.

Carriers: May include Australia Post, CouriersPlease, Aramex, DHL eCommerce, Sendle, or comparable tracked services.

Split shipments: Items in the same order may ship from different warehouses and arrive separately.

Tracking: Tracking can take up to 48 hours to begin updating after the label is created.

Origin: Most items ship domestically. Some suppliers may dispatch from overseas warehouses, which can extend delivery timeframes.
Address & Delivery Rules
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and suitable for parcel delivery.

PO Boxes / Parcel Lockers / Parcel Collect / Remote addresses: Some couriers cannot deliver to Australia Post–owned addresses. Where possible, we’ll use a compatible carrier; otherwise, we may request a street address to avoid delays.
- If a delivery method isn’t compatible with your address, Dolcie Care isn’t responsible for failed deliveries, delays, or lost parcels caused by the incompatibility.
Processing & Delivery Timeframes

Processing time: 1–3 business days (orders are forwarded promptly to suppliers for fulfilment).

Standard: 1–8 business days (metro faster; regional/remote may take longer)

Express: 1–3 business days (when available for your item/address)

Overseas supplier dispatch (if applicable): typically 7–15 business days to Australia once shipped
- Orders aren’t processed on weekends or Australian public holidays.
Note: Timeframes may extend during sale periods, public holidays, or severe weather.
Authority to Leave (ATL) & Signature

ATL is the default. Drivers may leave parcels in a safe place at the delivery address.
- Signature on delivery isn’t available.

If no safe place is found, the parcel may be redirected to a collection point and a card will be left.

Dolcie Care isn’t responsible for parcels lost or stolen after being marked “delivered.”
Address Accuracy, Redelivery & Return-to-Sender
- We’re not liable for deliveries to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout—please double-check before confirming your order.
- If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect/insufficient/undeliverable address, a $17.95 return + redelivery fee applies.
- For other returned parcels, a $17.95 return & restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Carriers may charge additional fees for address changes after dispatch.
Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order (and each split shipment, if any) has been dispatched. Consider providing an address where someone is available during business hours or where a safe ATL drop-off is possible.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders are forwarded promptly to our warehouse/suppliers for fulfilment. We can’t guarantee changes or cancellations after an order is placed. Please ensure all details are correct before checkout.
Missing, Incorrect, or Damaged Items
If your parcel arrives with missing, incorrect, or damaged items, please contact us within 1 business day of delivery so we can work with the supplier to resolve it promptly. Include your order number, photos (for damage), and tracking details.
Returns Policy (Supplier RMA Required)
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we’ll cover the return shipping.
Important for supplier-fulfilled orders:

Do not “return to sender.” Suppliers use different warehouses. Returns without an approved RMA and the correct supplier return address may be refused and become non-refundable.
- To start a return, contact us with your order number and item details. We’ll provide RMA instructions and the correct return address.

Refund timeframe: typically within 4 weeks of lodging your return (includes 5–10 business days for the supplier to receive the parcel, 3–5 business days for inspection/processing, and 5–10 business days for your bank to finalise the refund).

Patch Testing Advice
- Apply a small amount to the inner elbow; wait 24 hours.
- If no irritation, apply a small amount behind the ear; wait another 24 hours.
- If still no reaction, proceed to facial use. Introduce one new product at a time to identify sensitivities.
