Love it n it’s soft but it gets hard wen u leave it on for too long
It was very strong, I could only stand it for 10 minutes and washed it immediately, but there was still a smell and my hair was flat. It's easy to use, but the smell is so strong that I couldn't even breathe, my eyes were watering, and my breath was taken away.

I received this item and i tried it on my hand at first. It was a bit of a grainy feeling but smoothed out once it was fully applied .it does have the cooling effect like it described which is great because i have a lot of redness around my chin ,nose and cheeks .super cute doesn't have a harsh smell. Can't wait to use it again.
