How to Use
- Open the ice roller and fill with water (or a gentle, skin-friendly essence blend), leaving a little room for expansion.
- Seal, then place in the freezer or fridge until solid/cold (about 3–4 hours in freezer).
- On clean skin, glide in gentle, outward and upward strokes: forehead, cheeks, jawline, neck. Avoid holding in one spot for more than a few seconds.
- Roll for 5–10 minutes as desired. Pat dry if needed, then apply serum/moisturizer. Use AM/PM.
- Rinse the roller, drain any remaining liquid, and air dry before returning it to the freezer/fridge.
